REAL ALLOY is committed to building a culture of trust where stakeholders are comfortable to ask questions, raise concerns, and report suspected violations.
Internally, concerns and complaints can be raised with the employee’s supervisor, or the HR and Legal departments.
REAL ALLOY also maintains a compliance hotline, hosted by an external party, where employees can anonymously raise any concern.
