Ms. Oberhausen is the Director of Commercial Administration, where she leads the Commercial and Metals Purchasing Administration for North America. Ms. Oberhausen started her career in the Aluminum industry in 1989 as a Customer Service Representative at the IMCO Recycling Plant in Morgantown, KY. Ms. Oberhausen continued taking on roles of increasing responsibility as Customer Relations Manager for IMCO. She worked as a Functional Lead with IT on the development and testing of a custom-built ERP system for the IMCO Recycling business, as well as a later implementation of a custom Oracle ERP solution. After the merger of Commonwealth and IMCO with Aleris in 2004, Ms. Oberhausen moved into an expanded Commercial Service Manager role with the Specification Alloy and Specialty Products business. She holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in Irving, TX.
