Mr. Bryant started his career in automotive steel forging and heat treating, migrating his focus to non-ferrous and joining the Real Alloy team over twenty-five years ago. He helped to start-up operations at our Coldwater South location and the maintenance system translations for our Coldwater North acquisition in 1998.  He moved from operations to lead our North American Engineering efforts for many years, and then to Plant Manager of Coldwater Operations. As Director of Operations for Real Alloy, Doug has direct responsibilities for multiple facilities. Doug has degrees in Business Technical Management, and Manufacturing Engineering.  He also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, with Executive Leadership studies.
