Mr. Weaver joined REAL ALLOY in 2010 (under the previous owner, Aleris) and was Director, Human Resources from 2014 until his recent promotion to Vice President, Human Resources in April 2024. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans and policies to support the company’s mission and business focus. Previous HR roles include Shiloh Industries and the Gerstenslager Company before joining the organization. He holds a BS degree in Business Management and Marketing from Ashland University.
